Matcha Homemade Granola Recipe

Homemade granola is super easy  to make and nutritious.  The combinations are endless so let your creativity flow!

Ingredients can be changed to suit your taste - Just remember the 6 to 1 ratio of 6 parts dry to one part wet


2 cups mix of organic oats with seeds and nuts (ie chia, sesame, pumpkin, walnuts)

1/3 cup mix of honey and an oil (I like coconut as it can withstand high heat)

Bake on tray for about 12 min at 350 degrees

Let the tray cool

Add dried fruits or berries to taste (ie currants, cranberries, blueberries)

Add 1 tsp Matcha
